So you can be the best candidate in the world, but if you're candidate 26, there's a possibility you are never being seen by the recruiter.

It isn't indifference. It's compliance.

They apply to companies. Here, you apply to them.

1You brief us

The role, the range, and what good looks like for you. Twenty minutes on a call.

2We hand-pick and ask

Each candidate sees your company by name, the role and the range, and decides. Only the ones who say yes reach you. Up to five, in ten working days from your brief.

3You get analyses

Five structured reads of your role, same format, with the gaps declared by the candidates themselves. A CV tells you what someone did elsewhere. This tells you how they think about your problem. Each one is fifteen minutes of evaluation you didn't have to do.

56.7 days to fill a role. Up 37% in three years.

If it takes 50 to 60 days to hire, that's insane. Can we get that down to six to 10 days?

Ten working days, brief to five yeses.

Your interviews and their notice are a different clock.

What we owe every candidate

Candidates never pay anything.

Nobody is put forward without their explicit yes to your company, by name.

Pricing, in the open

€1,200

engagement fee to start, credited against the delivery fee.

€800 to €1,000

per candidate who says yes to talking to you. Up to five. Fewer yeses, you pay only for those.

We don't charge for

  • an intro you decline
  • candidate silence after the intro
  • a candidate withdrawing before the call
  • a role you withdraw
  • duplicates
  • anyone already in your ATS
  • a yes revoked before first contact

No lock-in. No retainer. No exclusivity.

What we ask in return

You respond to each intro within five working days. If you don't, we tell the candidate ourselves.

Ten days from now, you'll know who says yes.
